Introduction
The consumer confidence scores are obtained from the MasterCard Worldwide Index of Consumer Confidence Survey that is conducted twice a year in the 13 markets covered by the MasterIndex of Travel.
The 13 markets covered by the MasterCard Worldwide Index of Travel outlook are:

The Asian Lifestyle Survey is also conducted in the same 13 markets twice a year. The total sample size is 5404 people, the sampling universe is designed to focus on the urban middle class of Asia/Pacific.
